Overview
Narrative is the AI video editor at usenarrative.ai. Users upload footage, describe an edit and refine it through conversation.
A concrete creative outcome is the team’s own launch video: its Product Hunt announcement says the entire video was made in Narrative. This is a public team account of actual use, not an independent production test by QiaoLink.
The problem it addresses
Turning footage into a finished video involves repeated changes to sequence, pacing and visual elements. Narrative aims to make those revisions possible through natural language.
How it works
- Upload footage and, if useful, a style reference.
- Describe the edit, pacing and elements you want.
- Refine captions, music or motion graphics through chat, then review and export.

AI powers the editor and supports the team’s demonstrated video creation. This does not establish that AI wrote the product’s code.
Current progress
The official site currently displays Beta and provides public access. The Product Hunt announcement describes producing the launch video with the product itself; that evidence is attributed to the team.
