Data we may process
We may process your registered email, account verification and sign-in status, trial and subscription status, data allowances and usage, service expiry details, and necessary order and payment data.
For blockchain payments, payment addresses, transaction identifiers and transaction status may also be kept as part of order and payment records.
We may also process limited technical information to maintain security and resolve faults.
How data is used
We use this data to provide and manage QiaoLink services, including account verification, free trials, subscription activation, payment confirmation, data usage management, maintenance, security, troubleshooting and support.
Third-party services
Some data may be processed by third-party providers for necessary functions such as email delivery, network infrastructure and blockchain payments.
Blockchain transactions are public on-chain data. Once confirmed on a public blockchain, QiaoLink cannot delete the transaction record from that blockchain.
Advertising and tracking
QiaoLink does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar third-party advertising trackers for ad targeting or behavioral analysis.
