QiaoLink provides a free trial and Standard global connectivity service.
Actual prices, data allowances, service periods, available regions and other product details are as shown on the purchase page and in the customer center at the time.
Network conditions, IP status, regional identification and third-party service rules may change.
Accounts and subscriptions
Keep your account information and subscription credentials secure.
Subscription credentials are for the corresponding user only. Do not share them publicly or provide them to unauthorized third parties.
Payment
Before making a blockchain payment, verify the asset, network, amount and payment address.
Confirmed blockchain transactions usually cannot be reversed.
Refunds
If payment is confirmed but a QiaoLink system issue prevents activation and cannot be resolved within reasonable limits, we will help arrange a refund.
As a rule, refunds are not provided once a subscription is activated and works normally.
QiaoLink may be unable to recover funds lost because a user selected the wrong asset, blockchain network, payment address or other payment details.
For duplicate payments, irregular payments or other exceptional situations, contact support@qiaolink.ccand we will review the circumstances.
Service maintenance
To maintain service quality, QiaoLink may maintain, adjust, migrate or replace nodes, IPs, network resources or service configurations.
Users purchase QiaoLink's connectivity service, not permanent use rights to a specific IP, node or server.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of QiaoLink complies with applicable local laws, rules and relevant third-party service terms.
QiaoLink may restrict, suspend or terminate service, or take other necessary measures, in response to serious or persistent abuse.
