Get USDC
If you do not have USDC, obtain it through a crypto exchange available where you live.
Examples include Coinbase, Binance, Bitget and Gate.
After registering, look for “Buy” or “C2C / P2P” on the exchange to obtain the crypto you need for payment.
Method B
Buy through C2C / P2P
If you prefer C2C / P2P:
- 01Open C2C / P2P on your exchange.
- 02Search for USDC.
- 03Choose your payment currency and method.
- 04Complete the purchase.
- 05Confirm that your exchange account holds USDC.
If the platform's C2C / P2P section mainly offers USDT, buy USDT first, then use “Convert” to exchange it for USDC.
The final payment must be in USDC. Do not pay QiaoLink directly with USDT.

Create a QiaoLink order
Once you have USDC, return to QiaoLink.
Select Standard and create an order.

- The payment address for this order
Use the information shown on the current order page.

Withdraw USDC from your exchange
Return to the exchange where you hold USDC.
Find “Withdraw” or “Send”, then fill in the details shown alongside.

- Use the amount required by your current QiaoLink order
Choose the network
Choose the Arbitrum One network
When withdrawing USDC from an exchange, several networks are usually available. Choose:
USDC + Arbitrum One
Do not choose Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Solana, Optimism or another network.
Choose the asset
USDC / USDC.e
If the platform lists both USDC and USDC.e, choose:

QiaoLink uses native USDC on Arbitrum One.

Paste the QiaoLink order address
Return to your QiaoLink order page.
Copy the payment address shown for the current order.
Return to the USDC withdrawal page on the exchange and paste the address into “Withdrawal Address”, “Recipient” or the equivalent field.

Enter the payment amount
Use the amount shown on the current order page. Standard currently costs:4 USDC.
If the exchange charges a withdrawal fee, check its “Amount received” or “Recipient receives” field.
Make sure the QiaoLink address actually receives at least the USDC amount required by the order.
If the order requires:4 USDC
The exchange's “Amount received” must be at least:4 USDC

Confirm and send
After checking the details, submit the withdrawal or transfer on the exchange.
Before paying, confirm:

- The address for this QiaoLink order
- Amount received
- At least the amount required by the order

After sending payment, return to the QiaoLink order page.
The order status updates automatically.

Payment questions
I already have USDC. Do I need to follow the exchange purchase steps?
No. Create a QiaoLink order, then send USDC from your exchange or wallet using Arbitrum One.
Can I use USDT?
QiaoLink Standard currently accepts USDC. If you hold USDT, convert it to USDC on your exchange first.
Can I use the Ethereum network?
The payment network is currently Arbitrum One.
Can I use Base, Polygon, Solana or another network?
The payment network is currently Arbitrum One.
What if my exchange does not support Arbitrum One?
Use another platform that supports USDC withdrawals on Arbitrum One.
Do I need MetaMask?
No. If your exchange supports USDC withdrawals on Arbitrum One, you can send directly to the QiaoLink order address.
What if C2C / P2P offers only USDT, not USDC?
Buy USDT first, then use the exchange's “Convert” feature to exchange it for USDC.
Do I need to contact support after paying?
Normally, no. QiaoLink activates the service automatically after payment is confirmed.
